If you are a returning family, your 2025 bill will be emailed to you by April 15th.

The Family Rate for joining Pheasant Run Swim Club includes Parents and/or Guardians (max 2 adults) and children residing in the household. A child is someone who is under the age of 22 by Memorial Day, 2025. If you have additional adults residing in your household, you can add them to your membership for $85 per person.

Each family shall purchase one (1) bond of the Pheasant Run Swimming Club in the amount of $600, over a period of 4 years (ie $150/year)

Guests may enter the club when accompanied by a member and after the payment of the daily guest fee.

           12 Guest Passes for The Price of 10!!

• Discounted Rate: Guest passes are available for $5 each when purchased by May 23rd.

• Deadline: To qualify for the discounted rate, you must pay your membership dues and order the guest passes by May 23rd.

• Post-Deadline Price: After May 23rd, the price of each guest pass will increase to $10 each.

The club reserves the right to change the cost of guest membership but will provide written notice to club members of any such decision

Bonds of the Pheasant Swimming Club are non-transferable and are redeemable only by the Club. Redemption and a refund of your bond will be made to a withdrawing member when a replacement member is available. The Club returns 50% of the bond amount, if paid in full, when your vacancy has been filled, pursuant to our By-Laws.  This will take a minimum of 4 years since the bond is paid in 4 installments.
